Selection and Recruitment Process

Our Human Resources team examines all applications in detail and evaluates the candidates with competence in line with the requirements in line with the open positions of the relevant departments. Intern Opportunities

Within the framework of our Intern Selection procedure, interns are accepted during certain periods of the year according to the needs of the departments. Compulsory internships can intern in our company.. Along with AKINSOFT Headquarters, AKINSOFT Istanbul and AKINROBOTICS, internship opportunities are provided in Regional Dealer and Main Dealer offices all over Turkey. Interns can be assigned to different departments other than the current department, depending on their department density.


Work Order

In our workplace, work can be done on the basis of the equalization principle specified in Article 63 of the Labor Law No. 4857. The equalization period is 2 (two) months, without prejudice to special circumstances.

Summer / Winter Working Hours
Weekdays : 8:00 am- 6:00 pm

* There is no service between 12:30 - 13:10 due to lunch break.
* There is no overtime on Saturday and Sunday.
