Our Human Resources team carefully reviews all applications and evaluates candidates who meet the required qualifications in line with the open positions of relevant departments. Additionally, for certain departments, video interviews may be conducted prior to the initial interview.

Compensation & Benefits
- 01 Employee salaries are determined based on their position, as well as their technical knowledge and experience.
- 02 Salary increases are applied at periods determined by the government, taking into account inflation and overall employee performance.

Training and Development
In line with AKINSOFT’s vision, strategies, and goals, Human Resources policies, individual performance and competency evaluation results, and job requirements, we provide training opportunities for our employees. These trainings support employees in adapting to the workplace, improving their knowledge and skills, keeping up with new technologies, and enhancing their performance and competencies.
These Trainings Include:
- Various seminars provided to employees in line with AKINSOFT’s commitment to quality service
- “AKINSOFT Products” training for newly hired employees
- Performance-enhancing trainings (such as Motivation, Achievement, etc.) based on HR evaluations
- Development-oriented trainings according to employees’ roles (such as English courses, Management and Leadership trainings), either provided directly or financially supported
