Our Recruitment Process

Review and Evaluation

Our Human Resources team carefully reviews all applications and evaluates candidates who meet the required qualifications in line with the open positions of relevant departments. Additionally, for certain departments, video interviews may be conducted prior to the initial interview.

Compensation & Benefits

  • 01 Employee salaries are determined based on their position, as well as their technical knowledge and experience.
  • 02 Salary increases are applied at periods determined by the government, taking into account inflation and overall employee performance.

Training and Development

In line with AKINSOFT’s vision, strategies, and goals, Human Resources policies, individual performance and competency evaluation results, and job requirements, we provide training opportunities for our employees. These trainings support employees in adapting to the workplace, improving their knowledge and skills, keeping up with new technologies, and enhancing their performance and competencies.

These Trainings Include:

  • Various seminars provided to employees in line with AKINSOFT’s commitment to quality service
  • “AKINSOFT Products” training for newly hired employees
  • Performance-enhancing trainings (such as Motivation, Achievement, etc.) based on HR evaluations
  • Development-oriented trainings according to employees’ roles (such as English courses, Management and Leadership trainings), either provided directly or financially supported

Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management

AKINSOFT prioritizes creating a healthier and safer working environment for its employees, minimizing the environmental impact of its activities, and implementing environmentally friendly technologies. Internship Opportunities

Within the framework of our internship selection procedures, interns are accepted at certain times of the year based on departmental needs. Mandatory internships are carried out within our company. Internship opportunities are available at AKINSOFT Headquarters, AKINSOFT Istanbul, AKINROBOTICS, as well as at Regional and Main Dealer offices across Türkiye. Depending on departmental workload, interns may also be assigned to different departments beyond their primary placement.

  • In our workplace, a balancing working schedule may be applied in accordance with Article 63 of the Turkish Labor Law No. 4857. The balancing period is 2 (two) months, except for special circumstances.
  • No services are provided between 12:30 – 13:10 due to the lunch break.
  • No work is carried out on Saturdays and Sundays.
