Dear Inovax readers and valuable members of the AKINSOFT Family. I start my article with the happiness of meeting again in the first issue of the new year. While time is moving forward without stopping, we have left behind a whole year with its bittersweetness. Looking back, I can easily say that 2011 was a successful and productive year for AKINSOFT. As AKINSOFT Family, we have accomplished many successful works in the year we left behind. If we look at what we have accomplished in more detail; first of all, the most important of our achievements was the introduction of our completely domestic humanoid robot AKINCI-1, which we produced with our own capital, which is a first in Turkey.
In July 2011, we completed and unveiled AKINCI-1, which can walk, talk, answer questions, perform mathematical operations easily, track images, and fulfill given commands, to the public. After the long and devoted work of the AKINSOFT Robotics Department, it was truly an honor to see the fruits of our efforts and to take a big step forward in the name of technology. When we set our visions in certain periods, some people laughed at us and said that it was impossible for us to do what we said. But I said, "Just smile at those who tell you that you can't succeed" and I listened to them, believing that we would succeed. Now I see that those who said we couldn't succeed greet us with envy. For us, this was a situation that reinforced our success and motivated us to do better.
Our perspective on events, our belief in ourselves and our selfless work have brought us to this point. However, from the past to the present, it has been seen that societies that could not comprehend the importance of unity and solidarity have always melted away, while those that achieved unity have survived, have become prosperous societies and have influenced the nations around them. We need to understand! Today, managing societies means managing information. And managing information is only possible through technology. Our age is the age of technology and we are far behind the world in this sense. From now on, someone should stop stoning the trees that bear fruit and support the people and institutions that serve for their country and take their place in the puzzle. We will continue to work with all our strength to reach the level of contemporary civilizations, as our great leader advised, and we will be behind everyone who works for this purpose. At the beginning of my article, I mentioned robotics technologies among our activities in 2011. Of course, we did not only spend the year with our Humanoid Robot AKINCI-1...
The completion and promotion of the prototype of our agricultural robot AS PNCR-1, also produced by the AKINSOFT Robotics Department, added a new one to our achievements. Thanks to our agricultural robot named AS PNCR-1, it was a source of joy for us to be able to contribute to our farmers, the agricultural sector, and thus to the country's production. In the past year, we continued on our way as the leading name of software. We announced our name and products in 13 countries. With more than 2000 solution partners and more than 120 program archives, we continued to grow in our sector without knowing any competitors. To those who asked the secret of our success, we said: "As AKINSOFT, we are a big family." We have always believed in the power of production and the happiness of sharing. In this context, we held our 7th Bonus Period Award Presentation and Holiday Organization in Antalya in September. We had an excellent 3-day organization with the participation of many of our solution partners from different parts of Turkey. We rewarded our solution partners who carried out successful work.
We have 2 cars as the grand prize and we entrusted the Golden Keyboard Outstanding Achievement Award, which is one of the firsts of AKINSOFT and will carry the success from hand to hand, to the 7th Bonus Period Regional Dealer 1st place. While 2011 passed briefly like this, as Mevlana said, "Yesterday is yesterday, my dear, today it is necessary to say new things." With the idea that we need to do something for 2012. We made our plans for this year well in advance and put them into practice. This year will be the 'Year of Cake' for the AKINSOFT Family. We will get our share, or rather the share we deserve, from the IT sector cake. My guess and wish are that that share is big. We are expecting a year in which we will be on the offensive again, both by restructuring our dealership system and by accelerating our national and local advertising activities as we did in the last quarter of 2011. As we did last year, we will continue to organize interviews and training seminars at universities in various parts of our country in line with the demands of our students.
Because we know that education is as important as production. The fact that our young people are intertwined with informatics will be the guarantee of our future. In addition, in these days when unemployment is becoming a bigger problem day by day, we aim to expand the AKINSOFT Family with our personnel recruitment policy that we carry out to provide employment to our young people, and at the same time, we plan to contribute more to the national economy. On the other hand, if I evaluate 2012 globally; it is an undeniable fact that the balance in the world has changed. While global powers are increasing their dominance, on the other hand, thousands of children are still dying of hunger in our world. Energy resources are gradually diminishing and countries are on the brink of war to possess energy reserves. Financially, it is unfortunately not possible to achieve stable indicators at these times. We aim to continue on our way by maintaining our solid stance in the face of constantly fluctuating economic values. In foreign trade, we aim to open up to more countries and increase the number of our Solution Partners abroad, and make the name of our organization and our country more known. As time passes by rapidly, technology and informatics are constantly renewing and changing. As AKINSOFT, we need to keep up with this speed and keep up to date. We need to compete with time and produce for the future. Because in our calendar, "1 year = 1 second".
As I come to the last lines of my article, I wish you, our valuable Inovax readers and solution partners a year full of health, happiness, and success. I have no doubt that we will accomplish great things again this year. Because we are Turkey's Vision and we are growing day by day.
